According to 2007 data from the Centers for Disease and Prevention, Colorado is among the 12 states with the highest incidence of cancer. According to COCA, 81 percent of ovarian cancer cases are diagnosed at an advanced stage, and only 30 percent of women who receive a late diagnosis will live five years or more.
