Avenue of Oaks, first planted to commemorate a visit to the village by Queen Elizabeth I, which is just a stone's throw from the Middletons' home and has become a well-known scene associated with the royal couple.
The acorn is the parish emblem and features on a special mug designed for the village by Emma Bridgewater to celebrate the event.
Acorns also feature on a new coat of arms created for the Middleton family for the royal wedding.
The drawing features in a special souvenir programme for Tea in the Park, a celebration at Bucklebury Farm Park on the day of the wedding.
And the original will be auctioned to the highest bidder during a silent auction at the event, which is free to villagers, with funds going towards the cost of it being organised by the parish's village events committee.
As well as the chance to bid for the original, villagers will be able to buy limited edition prints of the picture as a memento of the day.
Grace Ryder said: "I am really thrilled to be part of the Bucklebury Royal Wedding celebration.
"The Avenue of Oaks is an area of outstanding natural beauty in Bucklebury and I am excited to be able to capture it to commemorate this momentous occasion."
